The client will receive a payment link for the total amount after agreed on the required services.

To avoid auto cancellation the total amount must be submitted 30 days prior to the exhibition date.

Changes & Cancellations:

ANY exhibit modifications must be submitted via email to support@expotravelcorp.com

Modifications of exhibitors names, exhibit dates or booth size can be made up to 30 days prior to the check-in date without any additional fees.

Expo Travel accepts no change requests 10 days prior to exhibition date.

Expo Travel offers no credit for early check-outs or no-shows.

While there is no guarantee that Expo Travel will be able to accommodate the requested changes, Expo Travel will take every effort to adjust, change and seek our customer’s utmost satisfaction.
